‘The Beginning’

Rob Beesley owner and Entrepreneur started his career as a PDR technician in the industry in 1997. However, he always knew that he would own and manage his own company and together with Clare (friend and office manager) they established Excel Dents (play on words for excellent Dent Repair) in 2003 and Robs dream was finally realised. This was not enough, he wanted a company that was recognised to be the leader in its field, one that customers could have the utmost confidence in, one that would be here for many years to come.

To achieve Robs overall objective Rob only employed the very best in the business, this ensured that he guaranteed clients quality work. This on its own he knew was not enough it needed to be supported by the very best customer service and this he ensured was provided. To support the quality and customer service he was determined to keep his prices competitive.

In July 2018 Excel Dents celebrated 15 years of successful trading and Rob stated ‘We are clearly doing something right as our dealer client base continues to grow and our private business goes from strength to strength. The workload is such that we had to expand the team in 2018 so we took on a new technician. He came to us with a lot of experience and most importantly was customer service orientated. The team has in excess of 70 years accumulated experience and we are looking forward to the next 15 years’.  Rob’s promise to you is we really are the team you can trust!'
